Bush Kindy

A wonderful experience outside the classroom.

During their time at Kids On Craig, children from all rooms are given the opportunity to experience places in our community.

The children in the Nursery and Toddler rooms are taken in prams to ensure their safety, Junior Kindy and Kindergarten walk together as a group with their educators.

The Children have the opportunity to visit the local School (Nashville State School), Post Office, corner shop and bushland  area (Third Lagoon) to participate in bush Kindy.

The children are great ambassadors for our centre and learn to appreciate the community, the natural environment and grow a great understanding of safety around roads.

The collaborative moments experienced during these outings is invaluable and create memories for the children to share and treasure.

Junior Kindy took their regular “Music Circle” out of the classroom and in to the bush!
